Every agent has a detail page reachable from the sidebar or Home. The tabs across the top cover its whole surface:

TabContents
ProfileIdentity, model config, preset prompt, health, sharing, API token, orchestration toggles
SkillsInstalled skills with per-agent enable switches
MCPMCP servers and tools available to this agent
EmailsThe agent’s own mailbox: inbound messages and replies it sent
  • Name, description & goal: the goal keeps the agent oriented across sessions.
  • Preset prompt: appended to the system prompt of every session this agent starts (including scheduled and orchestration runs). Use it for standing instructions (“always answer in English”, “end every answer with next steps”).
  • Default model & thinking level: new sessions inherit these; the composer can still override per session.
  • Timezone & language: the agent’s own context for scheduled work and authored content.

The health card tracks engagement and activity; agents that go untouched for long get auto-paused (with a one-click Reactivate) instead of going stale.

Each agent can have its own address ([email protected]). Inbound mail becomes a session; replies go out from the agent. The accept mode controls whether it answers only its founder or open senders.

In the sidebar’s Agents section you can drag to reorder, rename inline, and archive agents. Archived agents disappear from the sidebar but keep their history (restore from the same menu).

The profile’s orchestration section gates whether this agent may lead cross-runtime, cross-agent or project-directory sessions. See Orchestration.

In an organization, the profile’s Sharing & permissions section controls which members can use this agent (the same section in the project settings dialog covers projects):

  • Baseline: what every organization member can do by default — View, Chat or Manage. Unconfigured keeps the previous behavior: everyone manages.
  • Member permissions: individual members can be granted a level different from the baseline.
  • Owner: shown on the resource; the owner can always manage it and its permissions. Ownership can be transferred (by the owner or the organization owner).

Only members with manage access can change sharing settings.
