Labs is where experimental features live. Each flag is an organization-level switch in Settings → Labs; features stay hidden until an admin turns them on, and if their configuration can’t be loaded they fail closed (off) rather than erroring.
Current experiments
Section titled “Current experiments”- Memos: the notes-to-work board. Adds the Memos section to the sidebar.
- Agentware: packaged agent applications with manifests, MCP endpoints, deployment lifecycle and an embedded UI. Adds the Agentware navigation entry and its system tools.
- Abilities: a marketplace of capability bundles an agent can “rent”; adds the Abilities tab on agent profiles.
- Evaluation: optional subjective quality signals agents can attach to their work. Assessments never change dispatch or model selection; with the flag off, existing records stay readable.
Flags only add navigation and tools: turning one on never changes existing sessions, and turning it off hides the surface again (data is kept).
