Organization & projects
A CrossMind account starts as a personal workspace. Creating (or joining) an organization adds shared agents, shared connections and member management, available on the Plus plan and above.
Members & roles
Section titled “Members & roles”Settings → Organization lists members with their roles:
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the organization and billing |
| Admin | Invite/remove members, manage agents, integrations and settings |
| Member | Work with agents and sessions; see shared resources |
Invite by email from the same page; invitations can be revoked before acceptance.
Sharing agents & projects
Section titled “Sharing agents & projects”By default every member can work with the organization’s agents and projects. Each agent and project also has its own Sharing & permissions settings (in the agent’s profile and the project settings dialog) when you want finer control:
- A baseline level — View, Chat or Manage — that applies to every member (unconfigured keeps everyone-managing).
- Per-member grants for exceptions to the baseline.
- An explicit owner per resource, who can always manage it; ownership is transferable.
See Managing agents for the level details.
Projects
Section titled “Projects”A project binds a directory (on one of your computers) into the workspace. Sessions started against a project run with the directory as their working context. This is the standard way to have an agent work in a codebase or content folder. Projects support a preset prompt (injected into every project session) and appear in the sidebar alongside agents.
Personal ↔ organization
Section titled “Personal ↔ organization”The workspace switcher (top of the sidebar) moves between personal and organizations. Personal workspaces keep things simple: agents live in the sidebar’s Agents section with their own sessions. Organizations add the projects section and organization-wide settings.
