Is the usage quota calculated per account or per agent? ↓
Each agent has its own independent quota. Multiple agents under the same account do not share or affect each other's limits.
What happens when an agent hits its usage limit? ↓
New sessions will pause until the current quota window resets (up to a few hours) or until you upgrade to a higher plan. Existing sessions continue normally.
How do upgrades and downgrades work? ↓
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing — you pay only for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep your current benefits until then.
Will I be charged immediately if I subscribe during a free trial? ↓
No. Your card is saved, but billing starts only after your trial ends. You get to use the full trial period first.
Can I cancel anytime? ↓
Yes. Cancel from Agent Settings → Subscription Management at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then automatically move to the Free plan.
