Welcome to CrossMind. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CrossMind ("CrossMind," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our AI co-founder platform and related services.

Description of Service

• User acquisition and outreach
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Automated task execution based on your instructions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with or without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using CrossMind, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person without our consent
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use CrossMind to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post spam, misleading information, or deceptive content
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
• Engage in fraudulent activities or impersonate others
• Scrape, collect, or harvest user data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt our platform's functionality or security
• Use automated systems to access the platform in ways that exceed reasonable usage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services
• Create content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful
• Violate platform policies of third-party services (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) when posting through CrossMind

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Third-Party Integrations

CrossMind integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Vercel, GitHub). By connecting these accounts:

• You authorize us to access and use these accounts on your behalf according to your instructions
• You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service
• We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, or terminations imposed by third-party platforms
• You can revoke these integrations at any time through your account settings

Intellectual Property Rights

Pricing and Payment

• CrossMind operates on a usage-based pricing model (charged per task execution volume)
• Pricing details are available on our website and may change with notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services

Disclaimer of Warranties

CrossMind is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• Results or outcomes from using our platform

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publication.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrossMind and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorized access or alteration of your content
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Third-party actions, including platform suspensions or bans

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of CrossMind shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You can delete your account through account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity
• We may discontinue our services with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use CrossMind ceases immediately. Data retention and deletion are governed by our Privacy Policy.
