Persona Navigation — Session-Aware Switching
The way you move between copilot personas has been redesigned. Each persona now maintains its own scene context — research, drafting, code review — and when you switch, the system routes you to the right starting point automatically.
Why it matters: Previously, switching personas mid-session could leave the agent in an inconsistent state, inheriting context from a previous mode and behaving unpredictably. Now each persona starts clean in its appropriate scene while still having access to the conversation history it needs. The result is a more predictable experience that matches how you actually work across different tasks.
PersonaSwitcher Polish
The persona switcher UI was rebuilt with a suite of improvements:
- No more clipping — the dropdown now uses portal rendering, so it’s never cut off by surrounding containers
- Keyboard close — press Escape to dismiss the switcher from anywhere
- Selected state — the active persona is clearly marked with a check icon, consistent with other controls in the UI
- Dark mode fixed — semantic color tokens now apply correctly across light and dark themes
